Cinsault has been cultivated in the Bekaa Valley since the middle of the last century, before giving way to
path for new imported varieties.
In 2014, after a selection of old vines, over 50 years old, Domaine des Tourelles
decided to revive this variety, using fermentation in concrete vats using only
wild yeasts to offer the purest expression of this grape.
