Skin Wine (Merweh), 2023

A white wine from fermentation, or the so-called orange wine, this is a Merweh from Old Vines (around 150 years old).

Light amber color. Rich in flowers, orange blossoms, jasmine and tea on the nose.
In the mouth we can discern some soft and elegant tannins that come from maceration with the skin, while at the same time presenting flavors of apricot, pear and notes of saltiness and minerality.
